Quartus Prime license rehost fails

Hello,

I tried to rehost my Quartus (18.1) license to a new laptop.

This is what I got:
"The host information cannot be updated as there are no available Rehost on one or more licenses".

Seems that I'm not allowed to rehost license by myself.

    ..continues.

I made ticket to Intel support how to solve this. I got following answer:

"Post your question in the forum, and at the earliest time your inquiry will be addressed by one of our engineers"

This is a bit surprising. Is all Quartus support now happening via discussion forum?
