Qsys Generation: NullPointerException

Hello,I'm reasonatly designing a portation of ARM's Cortex-M0 on an altera fpga.

I've got a problem with using qsys system integration tool:

When i try to generate the system, the generation exits with throwing a NullPointerExeption. I think this occures because the design relies on the AHB bus master, witch is aveliable since Quartus II release13.

Unfortunately there is no additional information or stack trace. QSYS shows no errors, so i thing the system was build correctly.

Is this a known issue? Can you give me any advice how to resolve this problem?
