PLL, Reconfigure, Qsys, Quartus 11.1, Stratix IV

Trying to instantiate a PLL and reconfiguration in Qsys. Device is Stratix IV. Using Quartus 11.1. From Qsys, tried Avalon ALTPLL, Altera PLL Reconfig. Doesn't work, with errors shown ...
