No .sof for Cyclone V (5cSEMA) using Quartus13.0sp1(web edition)

Hello, My quarts ver 13.0sp1 is not generating .sof for Cyclone 5 5cSEMA. What can be the reason for that ?? Please suggest

Assuming compilation does complete successfully there should be a reference to the sof generation in the compilation trace. I appreciate the device you're using should be included in the version of Quartus you're using but typically, if you aren't licensed for a particular family, the trace will explicitly state it's skipping sof generation.

Can you specify exactly which device you're using? Is the Quartus build 232?
