MSVCR120.dll not found

I've got questa-intel 21.1 newly installed. When I try to run the software I get the following error:

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR120.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

 

I've got my license files set too. It is as below:

I've Microsoft Visual C++ 2008, 2010, 2013, 2015 and 2017 installed too.

I don't know what else to do.

    Have you tried to reinstall Questa? Seem as stated reinstalling might resolve the issue.
