ModelSim PE Student Edition

i can't install ModelSim Student Edition, can you please help me?

Intel PSG only support ModelSim*-Intel® FPGA edition and ModelSim*-Intel® FPGA Starter edition. We do not support ModelSim PE Student Edition. Please direct your question to Mentor Graphic/Siemen.
