We have many projects running with this Software but no active license at the moment.

For your information MAX+PLUS II license is no longer available for purchase.
You can purchase the Intel Quartus Prime license that includes a full feature of MAX+PLUS II software.

thanks for your reply. I requested the free license for MAX+PLUS II BASELINE at October 2021 but didn't get anything up to now. Could you please help me and provide a license for me for two notebooks? I would prefer a license for the MAC-Address of the NIC
First notebook:
