Licensing installation doesn't work

Hi,

I received a licence file from Intel Licensing Centre and have copied it onto my computer using my computer's NIC address for the Quartus Prime Lite edition Questa. I have followed all the instruction as per the licensing email and even online, but I still receive the "Fatal License Error". I have run "lmutil lmdiag" to diagnose the problem and it shows where the license file is located. Despite this, I still get the error for Questa.

I have also tried to run Questa from .exe file but I receive the same error.

    Welcome to Intel forum. Regrettably, there are issue with Questa license generated recently. Could you help to apply again Questa license in Self Service Licensing Center https://licensing.intel.com/ any try it, see how things go.
