Launch Transceiver Toolkit using tcl

Hi, I am new to Quartus software. Is there any possible way to launch the transceiver toolkit GUI using tcl script without using the Quartus GUI? I can only launch the System Console using tcl...

Once you launch the system consule, you can launch the tranceiver toolkit there. You can refer to https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/ug/ug_system_console.pdf page 10.4
