Impossible to "Find and Generate License by Activation Code"


Hello, our group just purchased the "Transceiver Signal Integrity Development Kit, Intel STRATIX 10 TX Edition". It comes with 1-year license for Quartus Prime Pro. I want to use the Serial Number to unlock the license, however I have a problem: in the "Intel® FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center" when I go to "Find and Generate License by Activation Code", I put the serial number, I select the License, then I click on "Next" but nothing happens. I tried cleaning the cache, the cookies, and tried with different browsers. It's really frustrating because I can not proceed in my work because of this bug. How can I solve this? Regards,

    For your information, this Case is duplicate from 05464302 on the same request. Therefore, I’m suggest closing this Case and continue with Case 05464302.
