How to create a project by using tcl command?

Unfortunately, I need to frequently create projects.

It's time consuming if I manually use GUI to do it.

How to create a project by using the TCL command to do the same step as GUI?

Could someone please tell me some information?

    Yup, you can find the tcl command in the scripting user guide provided by sstrell.
