FAILURE: Simulation stopped due to Fatal error

Hi,

  1. Can I know where you launched the Questasim ?
    • If from the shortcut on Window Desktop, can you try to re-run it again from the Start Menu?
  2. Can you update the Quartus/Questasim into the latest version and see if the error still happen?
