New ContributorError (10003): Can't open encrypted VHDL or Verilog HDL file
We have a perpetual license but it is not working.
When we try to compile with the tool, we see the next error:

Super ContributorWhat file is having an issue? Chances are it's part of an IP in your design and maybe you're having a licensing issue with the IP (not Quartus).
