Can't access self-service license server

I registered for access to the self-service licensing center but I still do not have access to download the Nios license that I purchased. Is this right place to get help with this? Thanks Pete...

If you are in this situation and you are looking for help, I would suggest you try to contact an Altera rep directly.

It might be faster to migrate your design to another vendor
