Altera-provided Synopsys-compliant Technology Libraries

Hello,

I've noticed that as part of the EDA-compliant resources provided by Altera, there are .db technology libraries for use with Design Compiler and also some resources for PrimeTime.

Are these standard technology libraries? - in the sense that they include parasitic capacitances in addition to timing information?
