Altera "My Support" is down..

Has anyone also noticed this?

For the past few days, I have been unable to create a Service Request with Altera..

Pl refer to my following forum post...https://alteraforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=54860

I wonder whats going on and why I am unable to create a Service Request even today :(

    Hi,

    Can try the following?

    Clear web browser cache

    Close and restart web browser

    Go to Altera website (www.altera.com (http://www.altera.com)) and click LOG IN

    Click on “Forget my password?” and input your email address abc@xxxx.com (example)

    Check on your mailbox for a verification email to reset your password, click to verify and input new password

    Go back to Altera website and try to login again.

    Feedback to webmaster@intel.com if you still encountering the same issue after performing the workaround.
