Altera does not Remeber Changes

I work with "Quartus II v 13.1 Build 162 Web Edition" under Linux.

I have set some settings under "Tools --> Options".

When I'm restarting Quartus, it doesn't remeber.

It looks like the first time after installation.

So, the Problem is, that Quartus doesn't save changes I have done under "Tools --> Options" for the future.

It save changes only for the current session.

Does Anyone know a solution?

I would be very happy :-)
