Honored ContributorFlash type is fully compatible and works fine on many other the same boards.
13th is the latest Quartus version which supports Cyclone III FPGAs... What exactly does mean "Access Violation" in Quartus? May be somebody have the error code table to recognize this one - 0X000000005DD8C080?
