    Hi BXia

    Thanks for reporting the issue.
I myself also encounter similar access issue, and report to the licensing team.

    Regards,

    Hi there,

After you login to MyAltera, you need to register newly with SSLC.  Can you confirm if you have already completed this step as well?

Hi.  Can you try registering at the SSLC sign-in page before actually signing in?  We have a problem where because you probably have a "myAltera" account, it lets you get into the SSLC, but when you go to create the license, it gives you that error.  If you register with the SSLC first, and then sign in, you should be able to create a license.  If this doesn't work, please let me know.

We are working to get this fixed shortly.

    Hi Joel_Aaron_Seely

It seems to work, although not sure if I done it correctly.

Similar to your hypothesis, I had a myAltera account.

    • Yesterday, clicked the 1st option Sign In, and got the "You do not currently have access to this site." message.
    1. Today, click the 2nd option Register, fill up the form, and got a notification that my email is used.
    2. Follow the steps to login again, and the SSLC is up.
    3. Able to generate a license, and receive it from email.

    Regards,
