Hi,

I was not able to recreate the error.

Check which device you are selected for FIR II IP.

Only ArriaII GX, Arria II GZ, Arria V, Arria 10, Cyclone IV, Cyclone V, MAX 10 FPGA, Stratix IV GT, Stratix IV GX/E & Stratix V device support the FIR II IP core.
