New ContributorThis has not been resolved. I've just routed through the pages linked from the above pages, and when I finally found the option to request a HD-locked license [at the bottom of https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/f/download/licensing/lic-max2baseline.html] I found that the link is still broken. The link it offers is https://www.intel.com/f/download/licensing/lic-max2baseline.html?product=hard_disk
