Where to buy Cyclone III ?

Hello, does anyone know, where I can buy Cyclone III EP3C25F324 C6N? Any supplier except Tencel and Altera? What does it mean speed grade 6, 7 and 8 exactly? I mean what I have to cons...

Higher speed grades are slower components but they may be enough for your design. In your Quartus project you can chance the device to a C8 and recompile it. If it is properly constrained Timequest will tell you if the timing requirements are met by the slower component.
