1. i am doing Lab1 of DE115 when use JTAG mode and switch to Run/Prog and programmer to start, no response when i on or off switch, it is still the original situation which blinking and co...

JTAG only programs the FPGA. When power is removed and reapplied it will load the program that is in the configuration device.

You need Active Serial to program the configuration device.
