What is different EP4CE6F17C8N and EP4CE6F17C8NAD

Hello

We used EP4CE6F17C8N without problem, but we used EP4CE6F17C8NAD mixed and had problems only with this product. So I want to know what's the difference between the two products

    Both part is the same where the part with AD is a special requested part. May I know what is the issue that you are facing?

      I understand both part is same. but this product is still not working

      So I would like to know what this optional suffix means?

      because I have to explain to my boss that the two products are the same

      The picture above is the waveform of the nCSO pin during initial startup.

      The left is GOOD, but right (AD) is NOT GOOD.

      What do you think is the problem?
