what do i need to run a FPGA chip

I bought a cyclone II EP2C20Q240 , and i want to download a simple program in it by JTAG, what do i need? NOW ,i have connect the vcc=3.3v and GND to the chip,the 50MHZ crystal is also ok; And oth...
