websockets nios

Dear all

For one of my measurement instruments I'd like to display stream type data. In a HTML web.page. in a graph. An obvious solution seems to be usage of flotr2 and websockets implemented in nios. As websockets are sort of New I'd like to ask you for an opinion and eventually reccomend the way to go. Iif someone already uses a library which i could re-use, I'd be glad to hear about it
