Honored ContributorVGA reset problems
on the DE2-70 board when using the project DE2_70_TV (on the cd in demonstrations) the image can be distorted on a reset. Hitting the reset can change the distortion or fix it. I have tried reseting it on multiple boards and the same problem happens.
