vga interfacing

hi all

i have written a razzle code in vhdl .I have successfully compiled it in modelsim

now i want to see this image on a monitor .i have an altera up 3 kit. can anyone suggest how can i see that razzle image on a monitor by interfacing through vga port on altera up3 kit.
