using fpga development board for fast ADC reading

I wish to buy a fpga development board for my scope project . Hardware involve differential signal ( 2 x 125MHz) from fpga (Cyclone III) to AD9481 , 16 bits data signal from AD9481 to fpga for processing and pass data to pc via CY7C68013 to PC . If I use this development board , as it is so fast clock and is differential signal , will the signal get a large distortion due to the trace arrangement ??
