Using Cyclone IVGX transceivers pins as IO

Hi

can I use the transceiver dedicated pins of Cyclone IV GX series as regular IO, for example 3.3V LVTTL?

no, you can't use the transceivers as normal I/O

they only support 1.5V PCML and have to be driven from ALTGX
