New ContributorThank you for the response. I look forward to any resolution. Being able to view the PCB was a big part of getting the board, only to find out the files cannot be viewed. Not awesome for customers.

Hello Joe,
I apologize for taking some time on this.
One possible solution we can suggest is to open the file using 17.4vr and save, then you can open in latest Allegro versions.
You can do this if you have 17.4vr.
