Unlock EPCS64 via JTAG/Byte Blaster

I'm still searching, but is it possible to lock/unlock the EPCS64 via JTAG through the USB byte blaster? Or, perhaps through some utility in Quartus that I am unaware of?

    It has been previously reported in the Forum that the NIOS programmer can do it.

    Basically, you are also able to send the respective command sequence to the SFL virtual JTAG instance, e.g. through tcl commands. But constructing the JTAG commands will be an unpleasant job.
