Trying to build a programmer for Altera EPC2LC20 (not working)

Hi all,

I need to program a few Altera EPC2LC20 (prom) so I decided to build myself a programmer, using a 20 plcc socket a JTAG connector and few resistors.

The PCB does not have a JTAG so I need to find the way to update it.

I do not know if I am doing something wrong, if someone could help me having a look to the schematic.

Altera quartus won't see it, obviously there is something wrong.

TCK goes to GND with 1k pull-down resistor.

TMS and TDI goes to VCC with a 1k pull-up resistor.

TDO just connected.

I used the EPC2 in some FLEX10K board designs, eg., see p32

I don't have time to look in detail at the differences to your schematic right at this moment. Take a look and see if you see any major differences.
