Thermal Model for Stratus 10 AX (1SA28TAN2F50I2LGS0)

Hi, Is there a thermal model of the Stratus 10 AX (1SA28TAN2F50I2LGS0) available for Ansys ICEPAK. If not, where can I get thermal parameters for the FPGA (theta jc, theta jb, etc) Thanks Keith
