The license does not arrive in my email

It's been over a week, requested a license for Maxplus II. I am a college student and I need to develop a project. What is happening?

    Where did you request a licence from? have you checked your spam folder?

    Requests like this are best handled via the altera mysupport pages.

    But why are you using the very very old maxplus II?
