Terasic SATA/SAS HSMC Card Reference Project for Cyclone V SOC

Hello,

I am wondering if there is a reference design for Terasic's SATA/SAS HSMC Card to be used with the Cyclone 5 SX (5CSXFC6D6F31C6) SOC.

There is a reference available for a Stratix IV Device, but it is not accessible with the Lite edition of Quartus.
