super loop for Ethernet not compile

Dear friend's i have download Superloop simple socket server from the llink "http://www.alterawiki.com/wiki/superloopsimplesocketserverplus". and follow the instruction given in readme.txt,

it says it says to build this software example for the 3c120 development board extract the archive in the software_example directory. once extracted cd into the superloop_sss_rgmii_plus directory and run the l "./create-this-app" script. after doing this it stuck and generate a message

chmod: changinh permission of './app_patches.tgz':permission denied

chmod: changinh permission of './create_this_app':permission denied

chmod: changinh permission of './demo_source.tgz':permission denied

chmod: changinh permission of './rozipfs_example.tgz':permission denied

failed during changing file permissions

*i am using windows-7 on my machine
