Stratix III DDR3 ALTMEMPHY calibration

Hi:

Right now I use Stratix III DDR3 ALTMEMPHY to interface to DDR3 memory module, but I am not sure how to use the calibration circuit in the ALTMEMPHY.

How to do timing calibration using Stratix3 DDR3 ALTMEMPHY megafunction and what are the steps?

Where does DDR3 Read Leveling and Write Leveling fit into the calibration?

How does the timing calibration take care of the DDR3 fly-by topology?
