Thank you aka_fpga_wizard,

in my case CONF_DONE doesn't transition to high-status at all. And I am using Quartus II version 7.2.

But maybe there is still a bug in the software?!?

Anyway, I am using compression know but keep your link in mind for the case I get configuration errors again.
