Stratix II GX configuartion

Hello,

I have a problem with the configuration of a Stratix II GX FPGA (EP2SGX130).

I am using AS-programming with EPCS64.

When I use a "standard" .pof-file the configuration procedure stops after a while (nSTATUS getting low) and starts again from the beginning. CONF_DONE does not reach high-level at all.

When I use a compressed .pof-file then all works perfectly.

Does anyone know, what the problem could be or how to debug it?

I am using a custom board for the FPGA.

On a Altera Development Board with the EP2SGX90 (and also EPCS64) it works with the compressed and the uncompressed pof-files.
