stratix board question

Thanks for your reply.

I am currently using Quartus 9.0 web edition as it says.

In license setup it show full license till sept-2021. It means license is not an issue.

But when I went to device assignment it says " selected device EP1S40780C5_HARDCOPY_FPGA_PROTOTYPE is supported in current version of the quartus II software, but support for the device is not

installed--select an installed device".

What should I understand out of this?
