stratix board question

After you install Quartus, you have to install the devices.

Click on the "Individual files" tab in this window and you will see the files:

https://www.altera.com/download/software/quartus-ii-se

You would need to install (at least):

12.1sp1_devices_stratix_hardcopy_i_to_iv_windows.exe
