18 years agosomething about ALTMEMPHY for DDR2 Interface!
Hi,
I think you are expert in ALTMEMPHY, so can you help me. I use ALTMEMPHY for interfacing with DDR2. But there are some pins of ALTMEMPHY that are not declared clearly in ALTMEMPHY User guide. For example: - soft_reset_n - phy_clk - reset_request_n - pll_reconfig_clk - pll_reconfig_reset ... So, I am confused about which CLK, RST pins is used for my controller and local logic. - local_wdata_req - local_write_req what is difference between two pins? -ctl_mem_addr does it include bank addr, row addr, column addr respectively? Suffix "_h", "_l" is the same if I use full rate option of ALTMEMPHY. Am I right? Thanks for any advice!!!!
