SEU Detection in MAX II ?

This doc (http://www.altera.com/literature/br/br_military.pdf) shows aerospace features, and includes SEU Detection and and Mitigation for MaxII. However I looked through the Handbook and scanned Appnote titles and didn't find any information on this for MaxII. I did find information on this in the CycloneII handbook. So am I correct in thinking that MaxII doesn't have SEU detection?

    I believe there is a hidden feature in all Altera parts that does a CRC check continuously on the current configuration status. If an SEU occurs then this CRC will change the device can be reconfigured.

    I just heard this through someone else, could be wrong. Best contact Altera directly.
