Schematics - Cyclone IV

Good day Altera users, I'm trying to move my FPGA system from DEV-kit to a custom PCB. I used DE0 from Terasic with a Cyclone III. I now wanna switch to a Cyclone IV and I've heard the transit...

All available/required informations are in the pin-out files, I think. What are you missing there?
