RoHS 2011/95/EU Compliancy

Is the Cyclone III FPGA is RoHS 2011/95/EU compliant? Specifically, I'm looking for part number EP3C25F256C8N.

I know about the list of lead-free RoHS compliant products states that it is RoHS (altera.com/products/devices/leadfree/altera-lead-free21.xls), and I've also found a statement of RoHS 2002/65/ec compliance (altera.com/devices/common/leadfree/rohs-letter.pdf), but I need to know if it is RoHS 2011/95/eu.
