Reliability report FPGA / CPLD

How do I get the reliability reports for FPGA / CPLD? I need the failure rate or FIT for the following products: MAX10 and MAXII Many Thanks Regards, Patrick Wenzler

Hello Aqid,

unfortunately, it took a while for the CNDA to be completed.

I don't get any hits with your attached link and there is no information regarding FPGA on the Intel Product Qualification Reports page.

Do you have any idea where to find them now?
