Reliability report for Cyclone 10 lp

Hi,
I need the reliability report for the Cyclone 10 lp.

I have bought the IFSDP5.1 which comes with the Reliability report 1H2017
but Cyclone10lp is not covered there.

    Sorry for the delay. Regarding the request for the reliability report of Cyclone 10 lp. Below are the details for the reliability report

    FIT= 8.4 @ 70C junction operating temperature, 60% confidence level.
