REFCLK for Cyclone IV Transceivers

Hi everyone

I got a small question. I'd like to know, if it is possible to use only one physical external clock for both the transceivers and the global clocking in a Cyclone IV GX150 F484.

For example: Could I use the REFCLK2-Pins to send this clock to the MPLL1 and also into the global clocking network at the same time?
