recompile needed in project navigator

Hi all I have created a project through project navigator, set project options and added source files and finally generated the tcl script file to be able to run the flow through the command line....

i've noticed the Tasks window changing itself to yellow a little bit too easily. i'm not sure what it bases its status on but my guess it is a bug. can you file a Service Request with Altera to report it?

i'm not sure its directly related to the SignalTap problem you're seeing. what version of software are you using?
